15.100 COUPLANT 333
Product in powder, in plastic envelopes or baskets to be mixed 28 g for 1 L
water or 3,8 oz. Av. (108 g) of C333 for 1 US gallon of water. It makes a
thixotropic gelatine, special for corroded surfaces, welding, fused and
forged. To be used when ferrous corrosion is not a concern. It can be used
from 0°C to +90°C.
Easily removable with water, cloths or solvent.

15.118 COUPLANT FYp
Product in powder, in plastic envelopes or baskets to be mixed 40 g for 1 L
water or 5.3 oz. Av. (151 g) of FYp for 1 US gallon of water, to obtain a
fluid gel for all surfaces. Rust proof. it can be used from –10°C to +100°C.
Easily removable with water, cloths or solvent.

GEL COUPLANTS
15.141 M.C. MATRIX COUPLANT
Blue fluid couplant gel for all surfaces, also vertical. It doesn’t dry and doesn’t corrode, it can be used from –20°C to +120°C. It can be diluted with water till 1:1. Probe runs smoothly. It rapidly gives the maximum peak of the signal. Easy to be removed from the surfaces with water or solvents. Not oily, not toxic for skin.
Easily removable with water, cloths or solvent.
Conforms to RCCM and ASME.
Available in 5 Kg can or 200 Kg drum.
15.116 COUPLANT FYr
Fluid yellow fluorescent couplant gel for all surfaces. It gains a lot of dB,
high acoustical impedance. It contains a strong rust inhibitor, active also
on cast iron. Packaged in bottles of 500 ml with a dispenser plug (15.116)
and in cans of 5 Kg (15.117). It can be used from
–10°C to +100°C.
Easily removable with water, cloths or solvent.
Conforms to RCCM.
It can be diluted with water till 1:1.
HIGH TEMPERATURE COUPLANTS
15.119 MHT U.S. COUPLANT FOR EXTENDED TEMPERATURE RANGE
Special paste for surfaces from room temperature to medium–high temperature
(max 300°C).
It doesn’t dry on the transducer, increasing its life and eliminating the
cleaning time. Not flammable. It doesn’t produce smokes irritant or harmful
for operator’s health.
Easily removable with cloths or solvent.

15.120 UHT U.S. COUPLANT FOR VERY HIGH TEMPERATURES
Special paste for high temperature surfaces: from 100°C to 520°C. It doesn’t
dry on the transducer, increasing its life and eliminating the cleaning time.
Not flammable. It doesn’t produce irritant smokes, or harmful for operator’s
health.
Easily removable with cloths or solvent.

SPECIAL COUPLANTS
15.112 COUPLANT C 200
Special coupling gel for surfaces with temperature between –50°C and +200°C
(special version between -30 and +500°C).
Its viscosity and features on transmission of ultrasonic waves remain
constant inside this range.
Easily removable with cloths or solvent.

Available in 1 Kg pails (special version pails of 5 Kg.).
15.115 W4US
Additive for water used in ultrasonic equipments, immersion tanks or
squirters. It’s a mixture of surfactants, corrosion inhibitors and additives
(fungicide, antibacterical).
It doesn’t produce foam, ideal for squirter applications.
It doesn’t affect composites. Dilute the product from 0.5 to 5% in water.
