DESCRIPTION
WTS/NDT is constituted by a system of NANOFILTRATION used in the treatment of effluent (washing water) coming from liquid penetrant and separate water while it concentrates the liquid penetrant that must be treated.
The purified water can be discharged or recycled. 

THE PROCESS
The waste washing water from liquid penetrant (effluent) must be stored by the user in a tank. From this tank the effluent is prefiltered and, by a pump, it is sent to NANOFILTRATION system WTS/NDT.

The WTS/NDT divides the effluent in: 

a) purified water which can be discharged or reused for liquid penetrant washing.
b) concentrated waste is collected and disposed of with a licensed waste disposal handler generally as a non hazardous oily waste.
